Incrementors: the first 90 days
Watch this first
Open in LoomA note from Tian
Hey Shiv,
I made this 90 day plan for you and your team. It is built on the way we have found clients for ourselves and for other firms. We have seen it work over the past two years. The aim is to help Incrementors get to $2 million a year and build a sales team that can find good leads and win clients again and again.
The first 90 days are for building that team, testing the offer, and finding out what works. They are not a promise that you will reach $2 million in 90 days. The aim is a way to grow that lasts and makes money as it grows.
This plan includes the 90 day timeline, the first call script, five emails for leads who book a sales call, three posts to help hire callers, and a short video script that your team can use on the site and before sales calls.
What we learned about Incrementors
On our call, you said you get about 30 to 50 leads each week. You said most new work comes from places such as Upwork, LinkedIn, your site, and past clients. You want more sources of leads and more clients who pay well. You also said your team has room to serve more clients, but you do not want the cost and stress of building a large sales team in house again.
Your site shows real work in three markets that give us a good place to start. Your Proctor360 project shows work in software and AI search. Your Cusp Dental project shows work with a dental firm. Your ATLRx project shows work with an online store. These are claims from your site, so we will ask your team which facts and names we can use in calls and emails.
Your AI search page lists plans that start at $3,500 a month and a plan for larger firms at $5,500 a month. This matters because the new sales team should seek buyers who can pay for a full plan, not just any firm that will take a meeting. We will check the live offer and price with your team before callers use either number.
Your home page already asks buyers to get a free proposal or an AI search review. We can use that same first step in calls, so the call, the site, and the sales meeting tell one clear story. A review from Proctor360 on Clutch also speaks to the way your team plans and reports its work. We can ask to use that review as proof once the team checks it and gets the right consent.
We suggest two first groups to test. Group one is software firms that need more sales from search and want to be found in AI answers. Group two is dental groups with more than one office that need more patient calls from local search. Each has a service and a case study you can show. In the first month we will test both and keep the group that brings the best fit and most profit. Online stores can be the next group if the first two do not work well.
The path to $2 million
$2 million a year means about $167,000 in sales each month. You told us the firm is already above $1 million a year. We need your real monthly sales, new sales, profit per client, and lost clients to set the true gap.
Here is a simple example, not a forecast. If a firm starts at $1 million a year, it needs about $1 million more each year to reach $2 million. At $5,500 a month, 16 new clients would add about $1.06 million a year before any lost clients or extra costs. At $3,500 a month, it would take about 24 new clients. This is why we will watch the value and profit of each deal, not just the count of booked calls. The prices in this example come from your public AI search page.
The 90 day plan
Days 1 to 10: Set the base
We meet with Shiv and the team that sells and serves clients. We look at the last 90 days of leads, calls, proposals, wins, deal size, and why deals were lost. We pick the two groups to test, the offer for each group, the best proof for each one, and the rules for what counts as a good lead. We check who can take the sales calls and how many more clients the service team can take.
We set up one place to track every lead. It will show the firm, buyer, source, call notes, booked meeting, show, proposal, sale, price, and profit. We also agree on who owns each next step. We build the first lists and check that the buyer, firm, phone number, and reason to call are real. We check contact rules for each market before dialing.
At the same time, our hiring lead runs the three posts below. We screen people with a short voice test, a live role play, and a trial call review. We pick callers who listen well and can speak like real people. A sales lead trains them on the approved script and reviews their work each day.
What you get: Two clear buyer groups, an approved offer, the first lead lists, a live lead tracker, and a trained first caller team.
Days 11 to 30: Make the first calls
We start small. Each new caller warms up the phone line and learns the script before full call volume. We check a sample of calls each day. We log why people say yes, why they say no, and what kind of buyer shows up. We test one clear offer for each group: a short search review that shows what the firm may be missing and whether Incrementors can help.
When a meeting is booked, the lead gets the five email flow below and a link to the short video. The closer gets a one page note with the buyer's goal, what we found, and what they said on the first call. We check every no show and every lost deal to see if the list, call, offer, or follow up needs to change.
By day 20 we want the first real sales call on the calendar. If it is not there, we pause and fix the weak point. We do not solve a bad list by making more calls to the same list.
What you get: Live calls, the first booked meetings, call recordings, buyer feedback, and a clear view of which group responds best.
Days 31 to 60: Keep what works
We compare the two groups by good meetings that show up, proposals sent, sales won, and profit per sale. We keep the best group and change or stop the weaker one. We write a new version of the script based on real calls. We add more names that fit the best group and test a second message for that same group.
We train the callers on the top five questions buyers ask. We work with the closer on the sales call plan, proof to show, and next steps after the call. We fix slow follow up. We review the five emails and video to see what buyers open, watch, and mention.
What you get: A sharper list, a call script backed by real buyer words, a trained team, and a repeatable path from first call to proposal.
Days 61 to 90: Build for repeat sales
We add caller time only when the first team can book good meetings that show and turn into real sales. We keep a bench of tested callers so one person leaving does not stop lead flow. We write down how to build lists, train people, review calls, hand off leads, and report results.
Each week, we show Shiv the same scorecard. It will show new firms reached, real talks, good calls booked, show rate, proposals, wins, new monthly sales, and profit. We also show the cost to get each new client. At day 90 we make a plan for the next quarter based on the data, including the number of callers and sales calls the team can handle.
What you get: A team and a process that can keep running, a clear scorecard, and a next step plan based on sales and profit.
What we will measure
We will look at these numbers each week: good firms added to the list, calls made, real talks, good meetings booked, meetings that show, proposals, new clients, new monthly sales, and profit per new client. We will also track why a buyer said no and how long it took to call a new lead back.
A good meeting means the buyer fits the group we chose, has a real need, can make or shape the choice to buy, and has agreed to speak with the closer. A meeting that never happens does not count as a win. We will set the exact deal size and profit rules with Shiv before launch.
The first month gives us a base. After that, we set targets from your real call data. We will not call a large dial count a success if it does not lead to good clients.
V1 call script for Incrementors
This keeps the flow of the call plan we use at Kairo: honest open, find the true need, ask what a good client would look like, make a clear offer, then book. The caller should use the words below as a guide and listen to the answer. The line in square brackets must be filled with a fact the caller checked. If we cannot check it, we do not say it.
Open
Caller: “Hi, is this [Name]? Hey [Name], this is [Rep] from Incrementors. This is a cold call. Could I take 30 seconds to tell you why I called?”
If yes: “Thanks. I looked at [Company] and saw [true fact about the site, product, or locations]. We help firms get found when people search for what they sell. How are new buyers finding you now?”
If they ask what this is about: “It is about search and new sales. I saw [true fact]. I wanted to ask if search is bringing you the right buyers now, or if you want it to do more.”
If busy: “Of course. Is there a better time for a short call, or should I leave you be?”
If they say no twice: “Understood. Thanks for your time.” Stop and mark the record so the team does not call again.
Find the real need
Caller: “What do you want more of from search this year: more leads, better leads, or more sales from the same traffic?”
If they say things are good: “That is good to hear. If you could pick one kind of buyer to get more of, who would that be?”
If they say leads are weak: “What kind of lead do you get now, and what kind would be worth more to you?”
If they say they are too busy: “Fair. If a buyer came in who paid more and was a better fit, would you still want to speak with them?”
If they use an agency: “That makes sense. What is working well? What would you want to improve, if anything?”
Listen. Ask one more question about the answer. Do not race through a list.
Connect their answer to the offer
Caller: “So the main thing is [repeat their goal in their words]. Did I get that right?”
If yes: “That may be worth a closer look. Incrementors works on search in Google and in AI answers. We have work to show in [software or dental care, only if it fits]. I am not calling to promise you a rank. I would like our team to look at where you show up now and see if there is a real gap we can help close.”
If they ask how: “We look at what buyers search for, what they find, and what happens when they reach your site. Then we show you what to fix first. If there is a fit, the team can do the work too.”
Book
Caller: “Would a 20 minute search review be worth your time? We can show what we found and you can decide if there is a fit.”
If yes: “Is [two real time options] better? I will send the invite and a short note on what we will cover.”
Before ending, confirm the email, the time zone, who else should join, and one thing the buyer wants the closer to look at. Add these to the handoff note.
Two first tests
For a software firm, the checked fact could be a real product page and the question could be: “When buyers ask Google or an AI tool for a tool like yours, do you know which firms show up first?” Do not say you checked a search result unless you did.
For a dental group, the checked fact could be the number of offices shown on its site and the question could be: “Do all your offices get the same flow of patient calls from local search?” Do not guess at patient numbers.
Five emails before a sales call
These are sent by Incrementors to a buyer who booked a call. Use the buyer's goal from the first talk. For a call booked four or more days out, send the five notes at booking, three days before, two days before, one day before, and the morning of the call. For a call booked soon, send the invite and one useful proof note, then a short reminder. Do not delay a good sales call just to send five emails. Every link should go to a real page or calendar invite.
Email 1: Right after booking
Subject: Our call about [Company]
Hi [Name],
Good speaking with you. You said you want [their goal in their words]. On our call, we will look at how people find you now and what may be in the way.
I will bring what we found. You can tell us what is true from your side. Then we can both see if there is a fit.
Your call is [day, time, time zone]. The meeting link is in the invite.
See you then,
Shiv
Email 2: Three days before
Subject: One thing to look at before we talk
Hi [Name],
Before our call, think about the last five new buyers who found you. How many came from search? How many were a good fit?
You do not need a full report. Even a rough answer will help us focus on the part that matters most to you.
See you [day],
Shiv
Email 3: Two days before
Subject: A project that may be useful
Hi [Name],
Here is one project that is close to what we may talk about: [pick the approved case study that fits this buyer].
For software firms, we can share Proctor360. For dental firms, we can share Cusp Dental. The page shows the work we did and the result that client saw. Your firm will have its own plan and its own result.
On our call, we will look at your case, not give you a copy of theirs.
Shiv
Email 4: One day before
Subject: What we will look at tomorrow
Hi [Name],
Tomorrow we will look at three things: where buyers find you now, which searches matter most, and what a better lead would be worth to you.
If you have one page or one service you most want to grow, bring it to the call. We can start there.
If there is a fit, we can also talk about the size of the plan and the budget you have in mind.
Talk tomorrow,
Shiv
Email 5: Morning of the call
Subject: See you at [time]
Hi [Name],
Just a quick note before our call. We will start with the goal you shared: [their goal]. Then we will show what we found and talk through what to do first.
Your meeting link is in the invite. If someone else helps make this choice, they are welcome to join.
See you soon,
Shiv
Three recruiting posts to test
Kairo can run these as three different posts for the same role. Use the same screening steps for all three and track which post brings people who pass the voice test and stay on the team. Set the real pay, hours, time zone, and worker terms before posting. Never ask applicants to do unpaid live calls.
Post 1: For people who like to win
Want a sales role where good calls matter?
Kairo is hiring callers for Incrementors, a firm that helps businesses get found in search. You will call firms we have checked, ask good questions, and book a talk when there is a real fit.
We give you the list, the call plan, the phone tools, and a sales lead who will listen to calls and help you get better. We care about good meetings that show up, not just a high call count.
You should be clear on the phone, calm when someone says no, and able to keep good notes. Sales call work is a plus, but it is not the only thing we look for.
To apply, send a 60 second voice note. Tell us why you would be good at this work, then ask us one question as if we were a buyer. Add your name, time zone, and past call work. We will share pay and hours in the first call.
Post 2: For people who want to learn
Can you listen well and speak like a real person?
We are building a caller team for Incrementors. The job is to speak with business owners and marketing leads about how new buyers find them online. You do not need to know every part of SEO on day one. You do need to be curious, coachable, and kind on the phone.
We will teach you the offer, let you hear good calls, practice hard replies with you, and help you after each shift. You will have a real sales lead to ask when you get stuck.
To apply, send a 60 second voice note. In it, ask a business owner how they get new clients. Then tell us your time zone and any sales or service work you have done. We will share pay and hours in the first call.
Post 3: For experienced callers
Good at cold calls? Help build a new sales channel.
Kairo is hiring callers for Incrementors. The goal is to book good sales calls with software and dental firms that may need help with search. We give you checked lists, a clear offer, a phone system, and daily call review.
You must be able to ask sharp questions, handle a busy buyer with respect, write a clear call note, and take feedback fast. We will look at the quality of your meetings and how they turn into real sales.
To apply, send a 60 second voice note with your best honest cold call open. Add your time zone, the kind of buyers you have called, and what you learned from a call that went badly. We will share pay and hours in the first call.
How we will pick and train the team
We will reply to each applicant fast, score the voice notes for clarity and listening, and speak one on one with the best people. Each person will do a live role play with a busy buyer and a buyer who says no. We will check their notes as well as their voice. Before live work, they will hear the offer, watch good calls, practice the script, and learn the lead tracker. Each day, the sales lead will check the calls and give one clear thing to improve. We will keep a list of strong past applicants so the team can replace a caller without starting from zero.
Five minute video script for Incrementors
This video is for a firm that may buy from Incrementors. Shiv or a senior team member can speak to camera. It can sit on the site and in the email flow. The spoken script is about 420 words, so it should run under five minutes at a normal pace. Show the case study pages on screen only when named. Check with each client before using a name, image, or result in a new video.
Spoken script
“If you run a business, you may know this feeling. You put real work into your site. You pay for content. Yet when a buyer looks for the thing you sell, they find someone else first.
It is hard to tell where the problem starts. Is it the site? The words on the page? The way you show up in Google? Or the fact that more people now ask AI tools for answers before they ever click a link?
I’m [Name] from Incrementors. We help firms make sense of that and fix what matters.
We start with a plain question: what does your best buyer search for when they need help? Then we look at what they see. We check where your site shows up, what your pages say, and what happens when someone lands there. We also look at the firms you lose those buyers to.
That tells us what to work on first. It may be a page that does not answer the buyer’s question. It may be a site issue that makes it hard for search tools to read your work. Or it may be that your firm is hard to find in the local places your buyers check.
From there, we make the changes, track what happens, and show you what moved. Our work can cover search in Google, local search, and the new ways buyers find firms through AI answers. The plan depends on your market and what your site needs.
You can see examples on our site. We worked with Cusp Dental on local search, site pages, and reviews. Their case study shows more patient calls and better local reach. We also worked with Proctor360 on how its content shows up in AI search. That project shows what a clear message and useful pages can do in a new kind of search.
Those are their stories. Your numbers may be very different. That is why we start by looking at your site and your goal before we talk about a plan.
If your team wants more of the right buyers, let’s look at where you stand now. We will show you what we found, what we would fix first, and whether we think we can help. Then you can decide what to do next.
Book a search review with our team. Bring your site and the kind of client or sale you want more of. We will take it from there.”
Before launch
We need Shiv to approve the two first buyer groups, the live offer and price, which case studies can be used, who will take the sales calls, and how new profit will be counted. We also need access to past sales data and a clear view of team capacity. We can build the lists, train the team, and set up the tracker as soon as those facts are set.
Research notes
The call facts in this plan come from our September 11 talk with Shiv. Public details come from the Incrementors home page, its AI search service page, the Proctor360, Cusp Dental, and ATLRx case study pages, and the Proctor360 review on Clutch. The buyer groups, schedule, call plan, and $2 million path are our plan to test. They are not claims about current Incrementors results.
